**A. Domestic Tanzania:**

- Free shipping for orders over TZS 200,000

- Standard rate: TZS 15,000 first kg + TZS 5,000/additional kg

**B. East Africa:**

- Calculated at checkout based on weight

- Average rate: TZS 25,000 first kg + TZS 10,000/additional kg

**C. International:**

- DHL/FedEx rates apply

## **5. Order Tracking**

All shipments include:

- SMS tracking link upon dispatch

- Email with carrier details

## **6. Delivery Process**

- **Signature required** for all deliveries

- **3 delivery attempts** will be made

- After failed attempts: Held at local depot for 7 days

## **7. Special Handling**

- Fragile items (glass components)

- High-value products (security locks)

- Temperature-sensitive goods

Additional packaging charges may apply

We cannot ship:

✗ Items prohibited by destination country
